Multi-phased illicit connection detection program which included dye testing, smoke testing, house inspections, CCTV inspection, and coastal outfall sampling. Investigations lead to $XX project to relay sections of collapsed sewer and drain. Worked with MADEP in accordance with an Administrative Consent Order.
